Mantra is a word or phrase that is often repeated and expresses a particular strong belief.
We use self-talk on a daily basis. This can be out loud or probably most often silently. Our words are powerful messages and can be used to help our overall well-being. I invite you to be intentional to use a message that is helpful in being at peace and harmony with ourselves.
I will paraphrase Proverbs 23:7.
As we think in our hearts and minds, so are we.
I encourage you to choose a word phrase or Mantra to settle and help you today.
